What is Clean Eating!? The soul of clean eating is consuming food in its most natural state, or as close to it as possible. It is not a diet; it’s a lifestyle approach to food and its preparation, leading to an improved life – one meal at a time.  

But how do we know what clean eating is and where do I begin?  Well, that's where I come in :)

Now you may ask why begin on a WED.? Well that's because most people gain the weight they lost during the week back on weekends!!!  This challenge is meant to keep you accountable during the hardest time:  The WEEKEND!!

Whether you're looking to feel better or start some healthy habits for you and your family this Challenge is a great way to get you motivated to take the first step.

What you'll be provided with:

  • Basic Principles of Clean Eating 
  • A 7-Day, easy to follow sample meal for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and of course Snacks!
  • Calorie reference guide to help you understand your personal, daily needs
  • Private Coach support from me along with group support from other group members with like-minded goals to keep you going!
What you'll need to be successful:

  • Dedication to participate in all 7 days (no quitters!)
  • To be an interactive member of the Challenge Group - share your ideas, recipes, questions!
  • 30 minutes or more of physical activity each day.
  • Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and try new things!
  • An understanding that this is a challenge...it's not meant to be easy, but that's why success feels so good!
