- Basic Principles of Clean Eating
- A 7-Day, easy to follow sample meal for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and of course Snacks!
- Calorie reference guide to help you understand your personal, daily needs
- Private Coach support from me along with group support from other group members with like-minded goals to keep you going!
What you'll need to be successful:
- Dedication to participate in all 7 days (no quitters!)
- To be an interactive member of the Challenge Group - share your ideas, recipes, questions!
- 30 minutes or more of physical activity each day.
- Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and try new things!
- An understanding that this is a challenge...it's not meant to be easy, but that's why success feels so good!
